As a socially responsible employer, Preschool Kid IUS, from October 2017 to April 2019, has made significant cooperation with the Employment Service of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Employment Service of the Sarajevo Canton through the co-financing program for intern employments.
Work engagement in the co-financing program for intern employment is realized for a minimum of 6 and maximum 12 months.
In the course of the so far successful cooperation through the program, PU "Kid IUS" employed 4 interns, of whom 3 remained in employment after the expiration of the internship.
In order to provide the young people with the opportunity to show their knowledge and skills acquired at the education institutions, and since we are very satisfied with the participation in these projects, Preschool "Kid IUS" opens the door for continuing cooperation with the Employment Services in the field of employment of interns.
Working with children, as with the most vulnerable population in society, besides the appropriate professional skills, requires commitment, love, creativity, patience. Our Institution offers the opportunity to all those who possess these qualities to join the Preschool "Kid IUS" team through co-financing programs for interns.
Preschool "Kid IUS" once more received funds for co-financing employment of interns and long-term unemployed persons for the following posts:
- Interns teacher, Professor or master of preschool education - paid internship of 12 months, 2 persons
- Intern teacher, Professor or master of pedagogy - paid internship of 12 months, 1 person
- Logoped, Bachelor's degree (BS) - 6 months working relationship, 1 person
- Pediatric Nurse (SSS) - 6 months working relationship, 1 person
